Handmade Product Disclaimer

All of our stress balls are handmade with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, texture, size, and appearance may occur. These differences make each item unique and are not considered defects.

Because these products are handcrafted, small differences may occur, including but not limited to:

Visible glue around plugs or seams
Small air bubbles or air pockets inside the product
Slight size or weight variations
Minor imperfections in coloring or texture
Differences in firmness or filling distribution

These variations are normal and are not considered defects or eligible reasons for refunds or exchanges.

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of our products.

Product Safety

Our stress balls are intended for stress relief and sensory use only.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

Products should be used only as intended.
Adult supervision is recommended for children.
Our products are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to potential choking hazards.
We are not responsible for misuse, damage, injury, or allergic reactions resulting from the use of our products.

Please discontinue use if a product becomes damaged or broken.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way.

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted on the same day the package is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

Clear photos of the unopened package
Clear photos of the product damage
Photos showing any shipping damage to the packaging
Proof of delivery if requested

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may be denied at our discretion.

We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery, improper handling, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Because our products are handmade, orders require up to 10 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
