Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sqwushie@gmail.com before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
