Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting Sqwushie. Because all of our products are handmade, we ask that customers carefully review our policy before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our stress balls, we do not accept returns on products that have been:

Opened
Used
Damaged after delivery
Altered in any way

All sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged due to shipping.

Refund & Replacement Requests

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us on the same day the package is marked as delivered.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

Clear photos of the unopened package
Clear photos of the product
Clear photos showing shipping damage to the packaging
Proof of delivery if requested

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may be denied.

We reserve the right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or store credit will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Opened or used products
Minor handmade variations or imperfections
Visible glue around plugs or seams
Small air bubbles or trapped air inside products
Slight differences in color, texture, firmness, shape, or size
Damage caused after delivery
Improper use or handling
Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

By purchasing from our shop, you acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of our products.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
Packages/Items damaged during shipping

Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues once the package has been shipped. We will also try our best to resolve the issue! but no refunds/replacements for any issues caused by shipment, refunds have to be processed through the shipment company.
